RIDE: 30

Traditional cycle class in only thirty minutes. Get a full ride of hills, jumps, and sprints in this condensed class.

RIDE: 45

45 minute cycle class with perfectly selected songs to keep you sweating through hills, jumps, and sprints. Upper body work included.

BOXING:

A 60 minute class that combines the skill of jumping rope with basic boxing circuits for a full body workout. Our instructors will show you the ropes of both skills, and you’re sure to leave sweaty.

BOX + SCULPT:

a 45 minute class that takes you through boxing moves along with strength circuits. We show you the basics of boxing, and you’ll improve agility, coordination, and strength.

GET ROPED: 45

A jump-rope-based cardio & plyometrics interval training method that focuses on building endurance, coordination & stamina while strengthening and toning in a musically inspired group environment promising to make you sweat.

BARRE: 45

A jump-rope-based cardio & plyometrics interval training method that focuses on building endurance, coordination & stamina while strengthening and toning in a musically inspired group environment promising to make you sweat.

BARRE: 60

Combine attributes of pilates, dance, stretching, and functional fitness training in this hour long class. We use small isolated movement to fatigue the muscles, a large range of motion to elevate heart rate and sequencing that will get your upper body and lower body working together so every minute counts. You’ll leave the class feeling mentally strong & physically accomplished. Cool down at the end of class with ballet inspired stretching.

BARRE + SPIN:

30 minutes of a traditional cycle class followed by 30 minutes of our traditional barre class. Spike your heart rate in the spin room with hills and sprints, follow up the burn in the studio with small, isolated movements to fatigue your muscles.

PILATES: FUSION

Combine core strength, flexibility, and body weight sculpting for a total body workout. A low impact class for all fitness levels that will leave you feeling challenged.

YOGA: RESTORATIVE

Connect your body and mind, follow your breath, and use props during this yoga class. A great complementary class to lifting. All fitness levels welcome.

YOGA: VINYASA

Utilize different postures and breathing techniques in this traditional practice. Transition & flow from one move to the next in this moderate-tempo class. All fitness levels welcome.

YOGA: VINYASA INT/ADV

Dive deeper into your yoga practice with poses that incorporate more strength, focus and flexibility. This class will take you to the next level. We encourage all levels to try to grow & explore their practice.

YOGA: POWER

A variation of Ashtanga yoga. You will use your breath to power through poses. This faster paced class will leave you feeling energized and strong. All fitness levels welcome.

YOGA: SCULPT

Where yoga meets muscle. Find flexibility, strength, and endurance in this class where you will use your own body weight and light weights to feel strong during and after class.

YOGA: SUNRISE

Wake up your entire body by flowing from one pose to the next. Engage your mind, breath and body in this flow.

stRNG: 30

Our signature HIIT class. No treadmill required. Improve your cardiovascular fitness, increase speed, and maximize calorie burn. Challenge your body and push yourself to the limit.

stRNG: 45

Our signature bootcamp. Combine weights, cardio, plyometrics and core work in this 45 minute class. We’ll give you the workout, you bring the STRENGTH.

stRNG: HIP HOP 45

Our signature bootcamp, but expect explicit music to be played. We encourage you to lift heavier and come ready to blow off steam!

stRNG: BUTTS & GUTS

The name speaks for itself. Expect to work your entire lower body and core in this 30 minute class. Cardio and strength training plus a variety of equipment make for a great workout!

stRNG: CARDIO & CORE

30 minutes of cardio intervals followed by core intervals. Work your entire midsection from front to back while getting a little sweaty! Spike your heart rate and bring it down to maximize fat burn!

INSANITY:

Work in 3-5 minute blocks, and only take breaks long enough to get air and then get right back to work! This type of training is called max interval training because it keeps your body working at maximum capacity through the entire workout.

DANCE: ZUMBA

We take the WORK out of workout by mixing low and high intensity moves for an interval style calorie burning dance fitness party!

DANCE: WERQ

A fiercely fun dance fitness workout class based on current pop, rock and hip-hop music. This non-stop cardio class is designed to challenge you physically with achievable dance moves for all skill levels. Crush calories while dancing to your favorite songs!

DANCE: HIP HOP

Sweat, shake, move, and break it down all while dancing to your favorite hip hop songs. Choreographed by one of our fabulous instructors, learn new moves and put them together as you work through the class. If you ever thought about dancing, here’s your chance. All fitness levels welcome! We promise you’ll have fun!

DANCE: [POP UP THEME]

A fun, all levels workshop inspired by the latest dance craze to your favorite song. Our choreographers will break it down in this class and get you to “perform” the song with confidence! You’ll be the center of attention at your next party after learning some new moves!

TREADX:

Ready for the best sweat sesh? This 30 minute class of treadmill work incorporates speed, inclines, and HIIT to maximize your efforts and calorie burn, all while improving your cardiovascular fitness. Using light weights and body resistance; expect to feel a full body workout in a short time.
